Expand your culinary knowledge with studies at The Culinary Institute of America. These opportunities are open to any Cornell student but will be of particular relevance to students in the Colleges of Business, Human Ecology and Agriculture and Life Sciences. Limited financial aid may be available for either of the options below. Consult with your financial aid advisor for options. The semester rate is the same for Culinary or Baking & Pastry Arts studies. Supplies include uniforms and a toolkit.
